What to expect
You'll settle into a beachfront wellness center for three nights, with a full day dedicated to ceremony at a private villa overlooking the Caribbean. The morning of, you'll walk, set intention, and travel to the villa together before the Mayan shaman opens the space. The journey runs roughly six hours, peaking around the one-hour mark, with healers and your shaman present throughout.
The extra nights give you room to actually land afterward — not just talk about the experience, but move through it, with your body, before you head home.
