What to expect
Check in the evening before and settle into a beachfront wellness center on the Caribbean coast. The next morning, a Mayan shaman opens ceremony at a private villa nearby — an outdoor setting of trees, grass, and ocean views, with indoor comfort close by. The journey runs about six hours, peaking around the one-hour mark.
Rather than heading straight back to your hotel afterward, you'll spend the night at the wellness center and move into integration the next morning — with guidance, not just a debrief.
